Carbon Detectives is a trusted management consultancy focusing on environmental sustainability, carbon emissions management, and compliance. It has been founded for the purpose of helping organisations cut through the noise of climate change activism, navigate through the multitude of sustainability frameworks and standards, and develop a realistic, manageable and sustainable business transformation programme that considers evolving customer needs, supply chain structures, energy, manufacturing and information technologies, and local and national policies relevant to the business.

Chief Carbon Detective (Director) - Mrs Loreta Lingyte MA (Phil) AIEMA fCMgr
Loreta's professional experience spans accross several industries: from higher education administration to corporate travel, strategic and tactical marketing intelligence, investment banking, management consulting, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing, retail, and wholesale. She undertook to solve client problems in Eastern and Western Europe, Asia, and North Afcrica and the Middle East. Through her projects, Loreta travelled extensively developing valuable business connections and strong relationships with a clear understanding of unique cultural business, regulatory, and value chain environments.
When supporting consumerism and marketing overshoot with her kowledge and skills became not an option for Loreta, she decided to deep dive into sustainability frameworks such as Sustainable Development Goals, Race to Zero, and Circular Economy. She qualified in IEMA environmental management principles and carbon hierarchy, GHG Protocol for corporate carbon emissions reporting, the UK and EU Net Zero policies and regulation as well as decarbonisation related ISO standards.
Loreta is an active members of Carbon Accounting Alliance, contrinbuting to Professionalisation & Training, Product Carbon Footprinting, and Regulatory Monitoring working groups, leading the Q&A sessions with external experts.
Former Jundge at the Retail Industry Awards (RIA), speaker and panelist at Convenience Leadership Programme, and Federation of Wholesale Distributors (FWD), Loreta is passionate about business with ppurpose, meaningful work, economy that benefits everyone, compassionate society, and preserving the abundance of our planet for future generations.
